GOALS

I wrote a document defining goals from the beginning. The more things took shape, I added more precise, technical goals.

Actors and types of users

User types descriptions

This helped establishing the main user flows.

Terms hierarchies

It was important to define clearly the hierarchy of educational objects because throughout the development several confusions occurred due to the misuse of terms.

User flows (sample)

While defining actors, I identified each actor’s most complex user flows. Then I drew diagrams describing the respective user flows – super important in knowing the right order of actions and in identifying the necessary pages.

Raiffeisen Flexicredit webpage assessment

Raiffeisen was launching the option of getting an 100% on-line loan. For this matter, I had to assess how easily was this task achievable with their current on-line templates and, of course, find solutions if necessary.

Orange comparative assessment

Orange wanted to add a gamification layer to their MyOrange mobile app. I had to assess the mobile apps from the competition and come up with opportunities for the improvement of Orange’s app.

Autovit user journeys

Autovit was pitching, and my task for strategy was to identify types of users, analyze their user journeys and identify various marketing/technical opportunities, and, of course, to assess the competition.
